Our business

TPAC packaging is a designer and manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and Pharmaceutical applications. We partner with brands to create sustainable quality and technically optimized packaging.    

For almost 4 decades we have worked with some of the world’s most leading brands as their end to end packaging partner.    

Our team of technical experts carefully evaluate a products technical design, engineering, and sustainability considerations, before applying the right technologies for the most efficient production.    

Our packaging solutions are all recyclable and / or made from recycled material.    

Our specialty focus is FMCG and pharmaceutical rigid plastic packaging.    

We work with a wide range of recyclable plastic polymers and processing technologies.    

TPAC has 17 production facilities across Thailand, India, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates And The Philippines.

History

     
1983, our company was formed. With 1 injection moulding machine, operating from a rented premise our journey begins.    
1987, we built our 1st factory in Bangkok    
1997, Built our 2nd Bangkok factory.    
2005, TPAC gets publicly listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (MAI). We start trading under the ticker 'TPAC' .    
2010, Built our 3rd Bangkok factory.    
2015, With a change of control at shareholder level, a new leadership team and vision to be a global innovator are installed.    
Q2' 2018, M&A #1, TPAC acquires Custompack adding 1 more production facility in the South East of Bangkok.    
Q3' 2018, M&A #2, TPAC makes its first move outside of Thailand. In August ’18 TPAC completed the acquisition of Sunrise Containers, adding 5 pharmaceutical and food packaging plants across the West and North of India.    
Q3' 2019, M&A #3, TPAC enters into the UAE. In July’19 TPAC completed the acquisition of Sunpackaging Systems, adding a food packaging plant located in Sharjah.    
Q4' 2020, M&A #2, TPAC completed the remaining 20% acquisition of TPAC Packaging India Private Limited in India.    
Q2' 2021, M&A #4, TPAC enters into Malaysia. On June 1st, TPAC completed the acquisition of Combi-Pack Sdn Bhd. adding a food packaging plant located in Seremban.    
Q2’2022, M&A#5. TPAC completes the acquisition of 80% of the shares in Skypet Polymers Ltd, thereby adding 3 more production facilities in the South of India.    
On 5th October 2022, TPAC inaugurated the opening of a new corporate office located in the city centre of Bangkok.  
TPAC initiated 2 greenfield projects based out of North and West of India during 2021, Plant in the north of India (Haridwar) was fully commissioned and capitalised during end of 2022.
Another greenfield plant in West of India (Silvassa) is capitalised during Q1’23.
